Ministry Position: College Campus Field Staff
You will engage collegiate athletes emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually in their campus environment. You will assist the Campus Director in providing leadership to the campus ministry. A majority of time will be spent doing evangelism, discipleship, and sending athletes out to use their platforms to share the gospel with others.
Ministry Position: Associate Campus Director (women only)
You will assist the Campus Director in leading a Staff team and local campus ministry. This will include shepherding, developing, guiding, and caring for female staff and students. You will spend time engaging students in evangelism and discipleship.
Ministry Position: Campus Director
You will lead a team of fellow staff members as leadership is given to a local campus ministry. Focus will be on caring for the needs of the campus team while giving guidance to the ministry on campus. You will spend time engaging students in evangelism and discipleship alongside Campus Staff.
Ministry Position: Campus Regional Director
You will provide leadership and direction as well as opportunities to coach and mentor Campus Directors and Staff in the assigned region. You will be expected to serve in a leadership position on the National Campus Ministry Leadership Team.
Ministry Position: Ethnic Student Athlete Director
You will lead Campus Ministry’s efforts to effectively reach ethnic college athletes in the United States. This will include developing an overall strategy to reach minority athletes. You will coach, mentor, and train Regional Directors, Campus Directors, and other staff in the implementation of the strategy. You will also serve in a leadership position on the National Campus Ministry Leadership Team.
Ministry Position: Associate National Campus Director
You will assist the National Campus Director in leading a Staff team and directing the National Campus ministry. This will include shepherding, developing, guiding, and caring for female staff and students. You will spend time engaging students in evangelism and discipleship. Overseeing general operations of the Campus Ministry including promotion, recruiting, application procedures for new student-leaders, addition of new campuses, and regular communication to current campuses will be vital. You will serve on the AIA National Campus Ministry Leadership Team while partnering with the Campus Ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ, local churches, and other campus ministries. You will also initiate and manage relationships with donors and other partners of the Campus Ministry.
Ministry Position: Campus Intern
You will gain practical field experience by working with full-time staff on a campus. You will engage college athletes emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually in their campus environment. You will assist the Campus Director in providing leadership to the campus ministry. A majority of time will be spent doing evangelism, discipleship, and sending athletes out to use their platforms to share the gospel with others.
Ministry Position: SportLINC Staff
SportLINC ministers on college campuses where full-time staff members are not available. AIA SportLINC Staff serve to coach and guide student-athlete key volunteers in developing ministries of evangelism and discipleship on their campus via telephone, email and internet. You will serve as a ministry coach for up to twelve campuses, providing weekly telephone contact with student-athlete volunteers as they lead the ministry on their campus.
