Ministry Position: Executive Assistant
You will assist the Global Leadership Council Director by taking care of day-to-day and long-term responsibilities to include calendar scheduling, contacts database, communications, travel arrangements, finances, and other duties as assigned. This position is located at AIA Headquarters, Xenia, OH.

Ministry Position: Field Manager
You will work with the Global Leadership Council Director and connect with Area coordinators to ensure they have what they need to succeed. Encourage them, coach them, help manage their needs, and come alongside them so they are reaching targets and being successful in serving the national leaders. Assist in fund development efforts and needs of AIA globally. Requires extensive travel. The position location is flexible.

Ministry Position: Global Operations Director 
You will work with the Global Leadership Council Director to build the systems and processes that are necessary for AIA to function at a high capacity at the global level.  The ultimate goal is to resource our country and local leaders with the tools they need. Recruit a team to assist you. This position is located at AIA Headquarters, Xenia, OH.

Ministry Position: Leadership Development Director 
You will work with the Global Leadership Council Director or Global Operations Director to help our Area Coordinators and their teams develop the tools that are necessary to develop Christ-centered leaders at the national and local levels.   Ensure that our local and national leaders have everything they need to build movements everywhere.  This position is located at AIA Headquarters, Xenia, OH.

Ministry Position: Mobilization Director (U.S.)
You will work with the Global Leadership Council Director or Global Operations Director, responsible for the oversight and direction of resources from the U.S. to resource and serve the world.   Direct oversight of recruiting, administration, equipping, sending, and caring of STINTers (Short Term International) and International Representatives. This position is located at AIA Headquarters, Xenia, OH.

Ministry Position: Special Initiatives Coordinator
You will work with the Global Operations Director to help enhance, manage, and lead several initiatives for AIA at a global level that provide momentum for our mission to see movements everywhere. Provide direction and logistical support to the World Leadership Conference, Area Wide Training Conferences, AIA Summits, Global Leadership Council Meetings, Day of Prayer meetings, Global Life events, and some others to be determined. This position is located at AIA Headquarters, Xenia, OH.

Ministry Position: Strategies Manager
You will work with the Global Leadership Council Director or Global Operations Director to lead and connect our major strategies within AIA globally. Ensure alignment is happening and that each strategy is supporting what the geography side needs. Assist in fund development efforts and needs of AIA globally. This position is located at AIA Headquarters, Xenia, OH.

Ministry Position: Training Director
You will work with the Leadership Development Director to develop a comprehensive and systematic training process for each level of our ministry around the world. This position is located at AIA Headquarters, Xenia, OH.
