Staff Application Proccess Timeline

  1. Determine and contact those who you would like to be your references.  A total of 6 are needed (Pastor, Spiritual Leader, CCC/AIA Staff Member, Employer or Business Associate, and 2 Peer).
  2. Fill out the application online and complete the elaboration packet and upload it to your application.
  3. We will schedule a Staff Interview in your area, if you have not already had one.
  4. All application materials must be received by the designated deadlines:
    Winter Training - October 1st; Spring Mid-Career Training - February 1st; Summer Training - March 1st; Fall Mid-Career Training - June 1st
  5. Once your application is finished, we will begin evaluating your file.
  6. You will receive your final acceptance decision.
  7. We will send you information about new staff training, support raising information, and your staff account number.
  8. Attend New Staff Training!
