Staff Application Proccess Timeline
- Determine and contact those who you would like to be your references. A total of 6 are needed (Pastor, Spiritual Leader, CCC/AIA Staff Member, Employer or Business Associate, and 2 Peer).
- Fill out the application online and complete the elaboration packet and upload it to your application.
- We will schedule a Staff Interview in your area, if you have not already had one.
- All application materials must be received by the designated deadlines:
Winter Training - October 1st; Spring Mid-Career Training - February 1st; Summer Training - March 1st; Fall Mid-Career Training - June 1st
- Once your application is finished, we will begin evaluating your file.
- You will receive your final acceptance decision.
- We will send you information about new staff training, support raising information, and your staff account number.
- Attend New Staff Training!
